The BHD Project on Instagram

For over a year, The BHD Project team has been quietly posting to Instagram @theBHDproject in preparation for publication. 

The BHD Project Instagram page features many of the "found objects" that made their way into the book, along with others that did not make the cut. All of these are shared with their back-story, seeking to engage readers and those who share Barbara's struggles and healing journey.

As the team slowly worked 6000+ journal pages and 1000's of found objects into Bad Hair Day on Planet Earth, we left many poignant stories, funny moments, wonderful archival images, and just plain weird Barbara doo-dads and scribbles on the cutting room floor.
